Premium Delivery is only available for preorders while supplies last. Premium delivery does not allow a time specification, all premium deliveries will be made as early as possible on 2/13/25 or 2/14/25. Normal delivery routes run from11am-4pm daily. Premium Delivery is charged on top of standard delivery fees which are based on zip code.
